Moroccan COC

From February 1, 2020, all products on the controlled list must comply with Moroccan technical regulations and standards. Depending on the category of product, verification shall be carried out in the country of exporting or destination of the corresponding product. All controlled products must obtain a COC certificate in order to successfully clear customs and enter the Moroccan market.

How to apply for the products inspected by the exporting country?

To apply for a certificate, prepare documents:

§ Request for Certificate Form

§ Proforma invoice and packing list

§ Submission of compliance documents (third-party certificates, test reports, analysis reports according to applicable standards)

Document review, testing

Arrange inspection within 2-3 working days if the information is complete

Certificate is issued after verification

After the inspection is completed and the customer provides accurate packing data, the COC certificate will be issued in 2-3 days.
